From 17-19 May, Nanjing AE System Technology CO.,LTD, a world-renowned provider of power system integration and complete vehicle control software for new energy vehicles, presented at Future Energy Asia (FEA) 2023, which is officially hosted by the Ministry of Energy of the Kingdom of Thailand. Batteries: usually consisting of battery packs, battery boxes, thermal management systems, high and low voltage connection harnesses, signal acquisition systems and corresponding accessories (fixing bolts, etc.), units capable of obtaining power from the outside and outputting it externally, meeting both IP68+IP69 protection and leading industry standards for reliability verification (200KN crush, etc.).

 

BMS: Battery Management System (BMS) mainly collects battery voltage, temperature, current and other information and combines it with corresponding control strategies and algorithms to achieve accurate prediction of battery system status (SOC, SOHSOP), charge and discharge management, balance management, insulation detection, fault diagnosis and other functions to avoid overcharge, over-discharge, over-temperature, over-current and other extreme situations and to improve the safety and long life of the battery system.

 

AE has made several technical breakthroughs in the lightweight technology, thermal management technology, battery management technology, safety and reliability technology of the battery system.
