AEAUTO's independently developed third - generation energy interaction system innovatively integrates liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging and intelligent V2G scheduling technology. The dual-circulation heat dissipation architecture it created (which controls the cable and chip temperatures separately through independent circulation loops) overcomes the challenge of high-power charging temperature control. Combined with the 1500V silicon carbide chip dynamic current equalization technology (which improves stability by reducing the temperature difference of parallel devices by 40%), the charging efficiency is increased to 97%, and the cable temperature is stably maintained below 45°C.

 

In actual measurements, it has achieved the supercharging performance of "charging for 5 minutes and enabling a range of 300 kilometers", and the average daily service capacity of a single pile reaches 2.3 times that of traditional equipment.
